Shipping policy

Processing Time

  • Orders are packed and shipped within 2–4 business days.

  • During drops, sales, or holidays, processing times may extend slightly—your patience means a lot.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Domestic orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

  • International shipping is available to select countries. Delivery times vary.

Tracking Your Order

  • Every order comes with a tracking number emailed to you as soon as your label prints.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Lost / Stolen Packages

  • Once your package is marked delivered, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • If something goes missing, we’ll do everything we reasonably can to help, but we recommend filing a claim with the carrier.

  • Double-check your address before placing your order—we cannot replace packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses.

Preorders

  • If a preorder item is in your cart, your entire order will ship once the preorder item is ready.

  • Preorder ETAs are estimates and may shift slightly due to production timelines.
